These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ck443 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services provided at ck443.io, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, fishing games, slot games, account management, and payment processing services.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or using any feature of the ck443 platform in any manner, you confirm that:

Providing false information at any stage constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Ownership: Your ck443 account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not permit any other person to access, operate, or place bets through your account. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted under your account credentials.
• Identity Verification (KYC): ck443 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

ck443 reserves the right to decline any registration application or suspend any existing account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that eligibility criteria have not been met or have ceased to be met.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ck443 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued in connection with your account. You must take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access to your account, including:

• Using a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Never disclosing your password, OTP, or account PIN to any third party, including individuals claiming to represent ck443 customer support.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

ck443 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. All transactions carried out using your account credentials will be treated as authorised by you unless you notify ck443 promptly of a suspected security breach. ck443 will never ask for your password via email, telephone, or live chat.

Deposits. All deposits made to your ck443 account must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. ck443 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for bKash and Nagad. ck443 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or any other payment method not expressly listed on the platform.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. ck443 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 15 to 60 minutes for bKash and Nagad wallet withdrawals. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer and are subject to the operating hours of the relevant financial institution. ck443 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity and payment verification.

• Third-party payments: Deposits and withdrawals using payment methods registered to any person other than the account holder are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal limits: ck443 may impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits. Players will be notified of applicable limits within their account management area.
• Dormant accounts: If your ck443 account has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months, it may be classified as dormant. Administrative fees may apply to dormant accounts in accordance with the schedule published on the platform.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual promotion. In addition, the following general bonus conditions apply platform-wide:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings generated from those funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically.

All bets and wagers placed on ck443 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game, sport, or market, as published on the platform. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity:

• Bet acceptance: ck443 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event whose outcome is already known, where a market has been suspended, or where ck443 suspects fraudulent intent.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be varied by ck443 at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ck443 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of applicable funds, and may result in referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to place bets, access the platform, or extract data without express written authorisation from ck443.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion with other parties to predetermine the outcome of any event or game on the platform.
• Attempting to launder money or use the ck443 platform for any financial transaction that may constitute money laundering under applicable law.
• Using another person's account, payment method, or identity in connection with any ck443 account or transaction.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage. Any such advantage obtained must be reported to ck443 support immediately.
